Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms overlooking the tennis court with a wonderful, large bath area and views of the water. While the room décor may be tired-looking with cracked ceilings and moldy tiles in the bathroom, including the hotel suites that have transitioned from a tropical/British West Indies style to a low-end hotel appearance.
I had an amazing stay at this oceanfront hotel. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced. The giant tub for two on the balcony was a special touch. However, the service was a bit slow and inconsistent at times.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms felt fairly luxurious and were a nice size with a very comfy bed. The service was top-notch, besides an unfortunate incident with VIP treatment. The location was great, with a self-contained resort feel and nearby attractions, although the pricing was a bit surprising. The dining experience was mostly enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay with minor hiccups.
The hotel had mixed experiences. The rooms proved very small, but my room turned out spacious, with a king bed, huge bathroom, and best of all, a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, especially the wait staff at the restaurants who went beyond the call of duty. The location was a good choice, although my room overlooked a tennis court, limiting the views. Dining was worth the wait for a delicious meal, although it took some time. The hotel provided great facilities for a relaxing getaway.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were located near a noisy party in the jacuzzi area and faced building work. The hotel should address these issues before charging full price. The view of the gardens was nice, though.
My stay at the lodge was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, but there were issues like a poorly decorated room, a TV remote that didn't work well, mold in our badly designed shower, and ants. The price, including resort fees and taxes, seemed too high for what we got, especially since the lodge was located outside the main area. However, the service was super friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the room shortcomings.
