While the room décor may be tired-looking with cracked ceilings and moldy tiles in the bathroom, including the hotel suites that have transitioned from a tropical/British West Indies style to a low-end hotel appearance.

My stay at the lodge was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, but there were issues like a poorly decorated room, a TV remote that didn't work well, mold in our badly designed shower, and ants.
